World Wine Books Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges at World Wine Books
Choosing the right book can sometimes be difficult. World Wine Books wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case and you would like to return an item you bought from us, you can do so within 7 days of purchase for credit (we will refund you) or exchange. Our only condition for a refund is that the book you originally purchased is still in prime condition. For example, we will not be able to exchange or refund any item where the seal on a CD that might be included has been broken.

Faulty or Damaged Books

Faulty printing does sometimes occur and there have sometimes been cases of damage during transit. In this case you can return the item either for an exchange or a full refund.

How to Return a Book
In the first instance you should e-mail us at returns@winesciencenews.com including
  • The title of the book,
  • The date you purchased the book(s)
  • Your details (name, telephone number and address)
  • The reason for your return.
You will be given a return number and an address to which to send your book back. In sending your book back, please include:
  • The returns number you will have been given
  • The original dispatch note or a covering letter
We strongly recommend that you return your item to us by recorded or Signed For delivery and that you obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office.
